A part of Tópos Project consists of workshops for both adults and children. The focus is always on conscious engagement with food, hands-on learning, and a calm, structured atmosphere.
- CHILDREN’S BIRTHDAY WORKSHOP – PIZZA MAKING

A 3-hour birthday workshop where children prepare pizza together.
This workshop offers a mindful alternative to classic children’s birthday parties, which are often loud, hectic, and overstimulating.
Instead of sensory overload, rush, and overexcitement, the children experience a calm and structured atmosphere where shared activities take center stage. In small groups, they bake, create, and explore — with a focus on concentration, hands-on work, and meaningful experiences.
Through playful and age-appropriate activities, the children learn about working with natural ingredients and food. The main focus is on food education:
- Where do our ingredients come from?
- How is dough made?
- What does it mean to create something with your own hands?
The calm environment allows children to focus, express their creativity, and experience a genuine sense of achievement. At the same time, they develop a valuable connection to nutrition, nature, and craftsmanship.
At the end of the workshop, the children not only enjoy tasting their own pizzas, but also take home pizza dough they kneaded themselves — along with new experiences and lasting memories from a mindful activity.
We can organize birthday workshops for up to 14 children.
Languages: Greek, German.
2. SOURDOUGH BREAD WORKSHOP

A 3-hour workshop in which bread returns to you — as an act of self-determination, creativity, and connection.
Bread is one of humanity’s oldest staple foods. It represents survival, community, and dignity — and has repeatedly been linked to questions of justice and social change.
Today, bread is mostly produced industrially: standardized, mass-produced, and often filled with additives. In this process, not only has traditional craftsmanship been lost, but also part of bread’s cultural and social significance.
In this workshop, we consciously offer an alternative to this development. We bring bread back — into your hands, into your awareness, and into your own practice.
From grain, water, and time, a living sourdough is created. You will mindfully accompany this process, observe it, and actively shape it yourself. In this way, not only bread is created, but also an experience you can carry forward — across days, years, and generations.
Theory, practice, and reflection come together to create a new relationship with daily bread: as a cultural practice and a personal expression.
Languages: German, Greek, English.
3. SOURDOUGH PIZZA WORKSHOP FOR ADULTS
A relaxed and hands-on workshop experience for adults — perfect for team events, company gatherings, birthdays, or evenings with friends.

Together, participants prepare authentic sourdough pizza from scratch, learn traditional techniques, and enjoy the process of baking and sharing food in a welcoming atmosphere.
The workshop focuses on quality ingredients, craftsmanship, and the experience of creating something together by hand. More than just cooking, it is about connection, creativity, and enjoying good food together.
